Background
Pão de Queijo is a traditional Brazilian dish that is cheese inside a specific type of bread. The bread is circular and has a lot of air in it. I selected this recipe because my family always makes pão de queijo. Everyone from my grandma to my uncles and aunts all make it. Whenever I have pão de queijo it just has a special place in my heart. One good tip is not to let them get too burnt at the bottom and remember they must be eaten warm. Another tip is that whenever you are making pão de queijo you have to pay close attention to time because if you overcook something or wait too long it could turn out mushy or very hard depending on how you cook it.
